Netvibes customer service

I’ll admit from the outset that I love using my Netvibes, and I’ve tried a lot of the alternatives, but somehow they just don’t “feel” as easy as Netvibes does.
Whilst idling away some time this morning, avoiding the washing-up if I’m honest, a small window pops up and lets me know that “Netvibes are doing some server maintenance in 1 minute, so save your work and close this page”, not the exact words, but you get the picture. Sweet.
They didn’t just turn off the whole thing without telling anyone, that’s thinking about your customers first.
You can have rounded corners on your logo, or millions of people on your social network, but sometimes it’s the small things you do that make people loyal.
Well done Netvibes, we salute you!
On reflection it would have been better if I had thought to capture the window that opened….doh!
